Recipient, The American Jurisprudence Award, Highest Distinction, Summa Cum Laude, Howard Law School (1977).  Member, Board of Editors, Howard Law Journal (1975-1977).  Author: Comment, "Constitutional Law - Individual Rights and Liberties of the Mentally Ill - Constitutional Protection - O'Connor v.
